As a missionary team, we had the privilege of spending unforgettable days in London from September 18th to 21st, meeting many people in the parishes of Sacred Heart Church in Teddington, Our Lady of Sorrows in Twickenham, St. Joseph’s in Malden, and St. Matthew’s in Northwood.

This Mission was truly a time of grace and fruitfulness, deeply rooted in the charism of the Servants of Suffering (SdS). At every moment we encountered open hearts and a deep spirit of prayer among the faithful, many of whom expressed a sincere desire to grow in the spirituality of Padre Pio.

During the days of the Mission, the Holy Masses and catechesis were very well attended, and a strong interest in the SdS charism and the reading group was noted. Every meeting was filled with an atmosphere of deep devotion, prayer, and fraternity.

The meetings with young people, the Stations of the Cross celebrations, and the retreat moments were all marked by a spirit of reflection and renewal. Many described the experience as profoundly spiritual, capable of giving new meaning to the Cross and the mystery of suffering lived in union with Christ.

The last day of the Mission was particularly moving, bringing together a large number of faithful filled with joy, gratitude, and openness. Many shared their own stories of faith and suffering, testifying to the transformative power of God's mercy.

The feedback we received was extremely positive. Participants particularly appreciated:

• The dedication and presence of the priests.
• The blessings and moments of prayer.
• The inspired homilies.
• The sincere testimonies of the associates, which made the SdS charism tangible and alive.

Voices from the People:

"I want to thank the missionary group for the blessings we have received from the Lord through your work and your incredible faith. I felt at home – a safe place where I would like to spend more time. In the midst of the storm of our times, you are the anchor! The prayers, confessions, homilies, and even the conversations during meals gave me courage and strength. The graces received will last forever."

"The weekend with the Servants of Suffering was a very welcome and enriching spiritual experience. The adoration, the Mass, and the testimonies about Padre Pio were truly inspiring. With so much love and gratitude, thank you to the mission for everything you have given us."

"It was a great blessing to participate in the retreats – to receive the Blessing, the Sacrament of Reconciliation, to pray and learn together. I thank God for all the priests and the organizing team. May God continue to bless you abundantly."
