On Friday 17th and Saturday 18th of October the community of Associates in Ireland held it monthly retreat at our Padre Pio Prayer centre located in the west of Ireland a few kilometres from Ireland's International Eucharistic and Marian Shrine.
During these two days with our spiritual director Fr. John Mockler we celebrated Mass, the Sacrament of Confession, Eucharist Adoration as well as meditations and a discussion about the statutes.
It was also a pleasure to have present Alessandro representing the Directive Council on the joyous occasion of three of our members taking there Temporary Promises.
On Friday the 17th during Holy Mass, James and Caitriona Fitzpatrick who are husband and wife took their temporary promises, on Saturday 18th again during the celebration of the Holy Mass Catherine Shanahan took her temporary promises.
Our retreat ended with Alessandro offering words of encouragement to the community and all present.
